Terms of Service
When buying a commission from me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. I reserve the right to refuse a commission, and won’t draw anything harmful or offensive. If you have any questions after reading, please message me!Payment TOS:
All payments will be made via PayPal invoices and are sent out within 24 hours of receiving a commission request.I also accept VENMO as of May 2021, please note that you'd like to use this as payment when contacting me!Payments are expected within 48 hours unless discussed otherwise. Payment plans are an option on a case by case basis for commissions over $100, please message me for details.Artwork & Merchandise TOS:The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, and to alter the commissioned work to make it more generic for print at the Artist’s discretion. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.The Client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image.The Client may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing (traditional media, not digital). This includes the sale of the digital files, rights to the image, minting Non-Fungible Tokens, any blockchain or cryptocurrency related technology.The Client may create up to three prints for personal use (display in their home or as gifts). Client may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery accompanied by a credit line to the Artist, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork.The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.In the event that a client is unreachable by ordinary contact means (email) for 3 months or more, the Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission and retain a 5% fee. If the Client is unreachable for 6 months or more, a refund will not be issued. The client is welcome to receive credit valid toward another commission at the Artists current rate (having rescinded their spot in line due to lack of communication). If the client is unreachable for 1 year or more, then the payment is void.The Artist is not responsible for lost or damaged items sent by mail.The Artist may not be available to answer emails on holidays, scheduled days off work, or emergencies. If you do not receive an email reply within 7 days, I encourage you to resend your email. Occasionally client emails are lost in the shuffle or accidentally deleted.The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.Turnaround TOS:Turnaround time is between 2-8 weeks. Generally smaller projects are done within two weeks. My Trello is linked and public for you to check the progress of your commission. Any change to turnaround times (due to emergency) will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.After three edit changes for a completed commission have been done, further changes may be done at cost. This is completely dependent on how much time I am devoting to your commission, in order to be fair to the rest of my clients and queue.Will Draw:

-Pokemon
-Artistic nudity is OK
-All Genders, sexual orientations, and all couplings welcome. I do not discriminate against sex, race, relationship, etc.Won't Draw:
-Nazi, Trump, MAGA, etc
-Machinery
-Explicit NSFW
-Watersports, cub, zoo, abuse, child pornography, etc
-Characters that are not yours (unless it's a gift for someone you know)You ARE able to alter the commission for personal use.
You are NOT able to use it commercially.
You may NOT repost, trace, edit, mint, or NFT ANY art that I've ever drawn. Anyone caught doing these things will be blacklisted from ever getting a commission from me.Terms of Service last updated: 01/10/2022
